Privacy policy
Effective October 19, 2026. This page explains what BuildPicks collects, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Newsletter signups: your email address, when you subscribe to the newsletter, along with the date you signed up.
- Sponsor inquiries: the details you enter in the sponsor inquiry form: company, your name, work email, product, tool URL, preferred start week and message, plus the time it was sent and your browser's user-agent string (basic browser and device type).
- Site visits: we use Vercel Web Analytics to see privacy-friendly, aggregate visit counts (for example, page views). It does not use cookies.
How we use it
- Newsletter email addresses are used only to send the BuildPicks newsletter.
- Sponsor inquiry details are used only to reply to your inquiry.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties. The only exception is our hosting provider, Vercel, which stores the data on our behalf.
Unsubscribe or delete your data
To unsubscribe from the newsletter or ask us to delete your email or inquiry details, email hello@buildpicks.ai.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
